Student Esthetician

• Complete the "Student Information Form" and submit to the enrollment office.
• Have an informative interview with the Enrollment Director and tour the University.
• Submit a copy of your high school diploma, GED, transcript (with two credits in English), or proof of 23 years of age to the Enrollment office.
• 4 Passport Photos
• Valid Picture ID (Drivers License, State ID, Military ID or Passport)
• Social Security Card
• Pay the registration fee of $150.00 and sign the "Registration Agreement".

*All of the above must be completed before attending your first class.

Esthetic Student Instructor

• Proof of one-year work experience as a licensed esthetician.
• Valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License.
• Complete the "Student Information Form" and submit to the Enrollment office.
• Have an informative interview with the Enrollment Director and tour the University.
• Submit a copy of your high school diploma, GED, transcript (with two credits in English), or proof of 23 years of age to the admissions office.
• 4 Passport Photos
• Valid Picture ID (Drivers License, State ID, Military ID, or Passport)
• Social Security Card
• Pay the registration fee of $75.00 and sign the Registration Agreement
