With over 10 years experience in the field of esthetics science, Amy not only encompasses actual work experience in some of the most famous day spas in the country, but also prestigious instructor titles as well. This valuable experience assisted her in opening the only esthetics school in Charlotte, North Carolina during 2001.

Amy has been exposed to every aspect of the beauty industry. She is one of only 20 licensed esthetic instructors in the State of Arizona and holds the fourth license ever granted to an instructor. In addition to her passion for teaching, Amy has been responsible for directing and opening several successful spa and salon businesses.

While her favorite area of esthetics education is wellness and correction, Amy believes that near-future industry trends will see an increase in demands for these services. She has received the "Best of Boston" award and has written for the Boston Republic on anti-aging prevention and procedures. Her memberships include the American Aesthetics Education Association and the National Cosmetology Council.

Amy has consulted for numerous large-scale design and marketing projects in the industry. In addition to her role at D'Armi Esthetics University of Scottsdale, Amy is a partner and VP of Marketing for Comtivity, LLC., an e-commerce firm in North Scottsdale.

Esthetic Instructor

Tina has been a licensed Esthetician since March of 1999. She has extensive experience in spa settings and was first employed by an Arizona resort & destination spa.

She became a licensed Esthetic Instructor in July 2001 and has continued her esthetic educational expertise by demonstrating those qualities as an Esthetic Instructor in the southwest in valley esthetic schools.

She continues to enrich her life by attending classes at SWIHA & MCC for continued expansion in Energy Work & Professionalism.

She joins us with ambition, dedication and a motivating personality to deliver the best education possible to students at the D'Armi Esthetics University of Scottsdale.

Enrollment Director

Lisa Angelini joins the staff bringing with her fifteen years of media/marketing experience. Having worked with top executives of Fortune 500 companies, her communication, creative and organizational skills are unsurpassed.

For the last ten years, Lisa has worked in the beauty industry as a General Manager and Director for top leading spas, salons and schools in the Valley. She had assisted to increase the growth and marketing strategies for these successful businesses. As the Enrollment Director, Lisa enjoys assisting and educating the students with the potential choices they have in the esthetics industry.

Buyer / Planner

With over 10 years of experience as a buyer / planner in a variety of retail markets across the United States, Jim is truly at the height of his profession when it comes to the planning and buying of products. With these skills in hand, Jim will join our team to ensure the timely delivery of all products to both our facility and our students.

Owner / Marketing Director

Frank Dell'Armi is the sole owner of D'Armi Esthetics University of Scottsdale, a project that was a natural extension of his unique experience in real estate and his contacts in the esthetics industry. Frank flourished in the real estate industry twenty-five years ago by creating a company called Land Marketing Specialists. With the success of his company, he furthered his endeavors into another firm called National Marketing Network, Inc., a marketing firm specializing in matching buyers with sellers, designing and utilizing a computer program similar to the present MLS program. With over 27 years of successful full-service real estate experience, Land Marketing Specialists still operates strongly today. Details can be found at fdaland.com.

Utilizing his strengths in marketing and real estate, Frank will develop a housing program for the out-of-state students that will attend D'Armi Esthetics University of Scottsdale. He will also implement a student job referral program and handle all negotiations for the current site of the university along with any future sites.
